Baltic Amadeus, UAB Will Implement the ORLEN Lietuva, AB Document Management System DOVAS SP.

The information technology (IT) company Baltic Amadeus and public company ORLEN Lietuva are starting realisation of the project for implementation of the operational process and document management system DOVAS SP, which is planned to be completed before the end of March of the coming year. The aim of the implemented system is to modernise and to substantially renew the document management system VIS used at the moment by ORLEN Lietuva, AB, and to adjust it to the legislative enactments in force in the Republic of Lithuania and to the European Union requirements for documents management.
The most important tasks set by ORLEN Lithuania, AB for the implemented system are conformity of the documents to the requirements of ISO 9001 standard, applicability to the legislative acts of the Republic of Lithuania, flexibility, ease of use and usability, increasing operating efficiency while diminishing cost expenditures and time consumption, as well as optimisation of processes.

DOVAS SP system will encompass the set of activities related to the operational process and document management: management of the company’s legal acts, management of internal, as well as sent and received documents, allocation and control of internal tasks, administration of the agreements and projects, management of business contacts, requests and complains, quality management, etc.
