The Company Receives an EU Grant Amounting to LTL 286 825 for the Project “Integrated System for Increasing Productivity of Baltic Amadeus, UAB”

Baltic Amadeus, UAB having the most extensive experience in the information technology (IT) market received funding amounting to LTL 286 825 for the project “Integrated System for Increasing Productivity of Baltic Amadeus” under the Operational Programme 2007-2013: Economic Growth, 2nd Priority “Increasing business productivity and improving environment for business”, Implementation Measure No. VP2-2.1-ŪM-02-K “E-business LT”. The total value of the project will amount to LTL 573 651.00.
Baltic Amadeus, UAB seeking to increase the company’s productivity and operating efficiency has initiated a project the objective of which is to improve the processes related to meeting the needs of the clients and to provision of higher quality services, efficient task distribution among the company’s employees, timely performance and control of the tasks, once an integrated e-solution is purchased and implemented.
According to the company President Viktoras Tonkich, at this moment the company is handling several process management, customer support, personnel management and quality management programmes, but an integrated measure embracing all the listed processes has not been implemented. In the course of the project implementation an e-solution will be purchased and implemented, which will allow rendering services to the clients, managing document flows, projects and processes more effectively, and will help to promptly and accurately evaluate control of the task performance.
The leader of the company stated that with the help of the Measure “E-business LT” the implemented E-solution will increase the company’s productivity and operating efficiency. “We hope that the optimised business processes will allows us to use the available human recourses more efficiently, while the improved customer service and company’s operating efficiency will build clients’ trust in the company, will allow successful expansion of cooperation with the existing and potential clients, and will provide the opportunity to offer new products and services to the market this way ensuring further development of the company,” says V. Tonkich.
The project on the integrated system for increasing productivity of Baltic Amadeus, UAB was launched in November of 2009 and it is expected to be completed in August of 2010.
